Delivery
The £39 delivery price for carpets, flooring and vinyls covers most areas, but for some of the more remote areas we may have to charge extra, this will be discussed and agreed with you before we take payment for goods or services.
We are currently using our own vans and a few courier providers for distribution, you can contact us before purchase to find a lead time for delivery or when you are making a purchase you can leave a note letting us know what suits. We will contact you with a delivery date after purchase and we can have the courier call you with an estimated time of delivery on the day of delivery or alternatively the driver can give you a call if you have left a mobile number an hour before delivering to save you waiting in all day. Deliveries should be made on the arranged day between 8am to around 6pm.
Delivery time scale - On products from stock delivery will usually be made between 2-5 working days. On products not from stock delivery should be between 7-14 working days, if there is a stock problem and lead time is likely to be longer than this we will contact you with the estimated date of delivery if the date does not suit, you will be entitled to a full refund. Over holiday times delivery time scale may vary.
Deliveries are made to your doorstep or in the case of multi-storey building to the buildings doorstep. Due to insurance guides the driver is not responsible for taking goods into your home, at time of delivery we recommend you have the needed help to get the goods into your home. For larger goods you may need more than one person to assist when taking delivery we will inform you of the estimated weight of any goods that we think will need more than one person so you can make arrangements. If you are unable to take delivery on the agreed day we will require 24hr notice to rearrange, this may incur a second delivery charge if 24hr notice if not given.
At the time of delivery you should check for external damage before signing for the goods if there is any sign of damage it must be noted on the drivers paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing goods can be accepted after the driver has left the delivery address. We do our best at using the best courier services however some goods are delivered direct from the manufacturer and as such we have no jurisdiction over the method of delivery.
Any claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will result in the return delivery charge where applicable.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked.
For collection of damaged goods it will be in a similar timescale of deliveries, usually 2 to 5 working days of us being made aware of any issues, we will not accept the charging of storage by customers of goods to us untill collection.
Refunds will be made to the customer after we have taken delivery/collection and the goods have been inspected and the damage verified.
